Our client runs a portal that is jam packed with useful information, reports, articles, webinars and events for marketers and business leaders. The community is brought together through content, networking and events. Publishers and those in the industry join the community to share their own knowledge, whilst also promoting assets already on the site. In addition to the portal they also offer a value added content syndication and premium lead generation business. They have grown organically a methodology initially used on their Digital Marketing Group on LinkedIn. This is a small dedicated team passionate about growing the network, their clients businesses and themselves. Title: Marketing Executive Profile: At least 1 year in an equivalent marketing position Technically literate (Microsoft Office/Excel/CRM platforms) Flexible but process oriented Ability to work in a team Analytic with a keen eye for detail Excellent written communication skills Self-Starter and outcomes orientated Creative with constraints - understands the nuance of the B2B marketing world. Adobe experience appreciated but not essential (Photoshop) Responsibilities: Content Understanding and appreciating content against persona types Content writing for campaigns including an understanding of industry metrics Contributing to the new business process to test appropriateness of received content Imagery: Selecting and creating the correct images for relevant campaigns Proactively quality check and optimise campaign as they are running Developing short form content for email, social (Twitter/Facebook), LinkedIn (core B2B channel) Contribute to the growth and evolution the content marketing team Create, Optimise & Manage Social, Email & Linked In messaging. Email End to End setup and execution of CRM campaigns on Emails Ability to segment and provide targeted campaigns to the appropriate audience Test CRM campaigns with different subject lines, content, journeys, creatives, workflows, offers Analyse and optimise CRM campaigns to attain optimum lead generation Report CRM performance on weekly basis to Channel Marketing Manager on important metrics like Open/Click Rates, Acquisitions, Revenue Ensure delivery and un-subscription rates are as per industry standards and contribute to the technical aspect to email marketing
