Company Description With experiencing significant growth in the last year due to the success of their unique content and commercial partnerships, this is a great opportunity for someone to join the commercial team to support the continued success as a Content Marketing Manager. Working closely with the Commercial, Games Studio, BI, Operations and Project Management teams, the successful candidate will be responsible for driving the B2B brand. Job Description The Content Marketing Manager is a new role within the business and will report to the Commercial Director. They're looking for an energetic, dynamic and resourceful individual to shape the role and help to drive brand awareness on a more strategic level. Responsibilities will include: Implement, evolve and evaluate the marketing strategy and plan at group and product-level managing the associated budget Manage and evaluate operator product marketing campaigns including creating content and collateral, liaising with in house and outsourced designers Analyse operator marketing campaign results against projected ROI Launch and manage social media campaigns at brand and group level, with an emphasis on LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitch as well as identifying other platforms to drive brand awareness and raise the profile of the group Evaluate and implement marketing opportunities within industry press, potential influencers publications, and affiliates Create monthly content plans and working closely with our brand partners to leverage content Organise, manage and evaluate our trade show attendance in the UK and overseas Manage the portfolio of brands and act as brand guardian Continually develop and enhance the client website to drive leads, communicate the brand proposition- including the administration of marketing and compliance documentation and updating content as required Deliver monthly management reports, escalating concerns and making proactive recommendations Create and rollout processes internally to become more efficient, automate our marketing, leverage and create content more effectively Manage PR as and when opportunities arise liaising with the trade press, providing quotes and press releases About you Educated to degree level or have an equivalent marketing qualification Marketing experience, preferably in a B2B environment Basic HTML skills - essential Good attention to detail with a strong creative eye and the ability to copywrite Good knowledge of using social media in a business environment Analytical and budget management skills Excellent relationship-building skills Strong business acumen with the ability to be adaptable and assess projected ROI Energetic, driven, motivated, with a focus on continuous improvement
