Operations Manager | Virtual Reality Architecture | London The Company: Harmonic are very excited to be recruiting for a virtual reality architecture company. This company has been growing rapidly over the past few years are now well established, using the powers of CGI to show the visual development of a project before the process starts. There are now looking for an Operations Manager; someone who is creative, ambitious, motivated and a natural leader to join their team. You will need to have a passion for architecture or design, and an understanding of new technologies. Our client is based in South West London and have super trendy state of the art offices. You will be joining a tight knit team of fun, sociable and highly driven in their field of work, who have weekly socials to keep a positive and friendly work environment. The Role: This role will be varied with you reporting directly to the co-founders, relieving them of some of their operational duties. The role would give you the opportunity to gain insight into a growing industry and really make the role your own. Duties Coordinates activities that affect operational decisions and business requirements Responsible for the production, procurement, and planning of daily operations Purchases materials and services required for production Partnering with the co-founders to project manage and implement plans for growth Manage customer relations and success What we need to see: A passion for design or architecture (useful but not essential) Minimum of 2 years in an operations role Excellent communication skills Start date: ASAP Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 If you are interested, please send a most up to date CV first Feel free to also ring into the office on .
