About the Business Development Manager / Sales Consultant Role Ownership and leadership of the following responsibilities are key to success within the Business Development Manager Apprenticeship role: For this Apprenticeship provider, the Business Development Manager / Sales manager will drive commercial sales conversations and opportunities for young individuals. The Business Development Manager will work with the sales and marketing teams to hold a robust ethos and achieve the general business goals regarding the apprenticeship and training services; Such involves meeting client needs, demand to SMT, and foreseeing and following the client account metrics record of client transactions. As the Business Development Manager Apprentice, you will work within London IT, Tech, and Digital skills dialogues, and educate local employer connections on the apprenticeship talent solution. As Business Development Manager Apprentice, you will work to ensure that the best services levels are attained across each function, keeping a minimum of 80%. The Ideal Business Development Manager / Sales Manager You have a concrete interest in apprenticeships, IT, Tech, and Digital landscape, with relevant expertise, ties and networks in the regional tech and digital industry. You have experience in apprenticeships, training or education domain and the tech/digital industry. You are motivated, creative, good communicator and management skills, and strong analytical skills. You hold GCSEs (or equivalent) A-C in English and Mathematics. Proficient in operating IT systems and databases, like Microsoft Programmes. You have delivered on customer-related solutions coupled with being a sales/business development professional/have an employer engagement position. You are able to oversee several projects and relationships simultaneously and can deliver on our client's mission and tasks.
