2020 is showing no sign of slow down for this very well established and reputable Property and Construction Consultancy who are looking to strengthen their Employers Agent team by taking on a Assistant EA If you have a QS or PM qualification and possess very good communication skills then read on. The successful candidate will assist in carrying out the full spectrum of precontract and post-contract services for Local Authority Clients from inception to completion. Current projects include small infill developments up to sites accommodating more than 550 homes. The majority being new builds and some refurbishment works. Our client has been established for over 50 years and have a client base build on integrity and reliability resulting in repeat business. The successful candidate will be an individual who is dynamic, flexible, responsive and able to work to challenging timescales. Good interpersonal skills are essential as well as a thorough understanding of the design and build construction process. The ideal candidate will: - Have at least 1-year experience working in another consultancy practice. - Working towards the RICS APC in Building Surveying, Project Management or Quantity Surveying. - Already successfully completed an RICS accredited degree (undergraduate or post graduate). - Experience on Local Authority/Housing Association new build residential developments.
