Quantity Surveyor / Employers Agent - Private Consultancy Our client is a multi discipline Private Property and Construction Consultancy who have offices throughout the UK and are specialists in the Residential Sector working very closely with a number of Public Sector Entities on mixed use, residential led developments. They have been established for over 30 years and during that time have built up a reputation for service delivery excellence. Due to the nature of their work they are looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor who can undertake Quantity Surveying as well as Employers Agent. As a matter of course, this allows for the day to day work to be much more varied. This has resulted in them having a very low turnover in staff with a number of time served people currently with them. In order to be considered for this opportunity the client has requested that you have demonstrable experience in Employers Agent as well as D&B Contract knowledge; this is very much a client facing role and so you must have excellent communication skills.
