Overview
My client, based in Berkshire, England, is looking for someone who can manage the logistics and administration for the events that they attend. You will also be involved in other Marketing elements, such as Social Media. The role of Marketing Co-ordinator is to support the Marketing Manager in the execution of my clients Marketing plans, particularly for the administration and logistics of conference exhibits they attend. Key responsibilities; · Manage administration and logistics for marketing/business development events including conferences, exhibitions, seminars and webinars · Liaise with suppliers in the execution of marketing/business development events · Support creation and management of the marketing calendar · Provide performance and spend reporting on marketing activities · When required for larger events, attend to manage on-site logistics including booth construction/breakdown and unpacking/re-packing of materials · Help with the creation and scheduling of social media posts · Monitor and report on the performance of marketing activities · Project manage content and campaign development liaising with internal stakeholders and external suppliers Key skills required: · Able to develop positive working relationships at all levels · Able to communicate clearly and concisely both verbally and in writing (English) · Able to act on own initiative · Experience of multi-tasking environment and delivering to tight deadlines · Intermediate Skills in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Outlook Ideally you will be a graduate with 1-2 years Marketing or office admin experience. Any event experience would be preferable, but not essential. This is a great role for someone looking for a more exciting job/career or to move into Marketing for the first time. This position will report directly to the Marketing Manager
