Overview
Our leading specialist General Insurance client is seeking a Head of Claims to join their growing brand. The opportunity will see the successful candidate lead all aspects of the Claims Operation and take an active approach to lead Digital change agenda. As a Head of Claims you would be responsible for meeting operational, financial and service objectives, setting of the claims policy and review existing claims practices - revising where appropriate. Establishing and maintaining claims supplier arrangements and determining KPIs are additional responsibilities. The Head of Claims will require a Professional qualification (CII or equivalent), have an experienced background in the Insurance / Financial sector, proven Claim Operational management experience and working within Senior Operational roles having exposure to multiple products and partners.
