We have an exciting opportunity for a Digital Marketing Manager to join our team in Scape Head Office in Shoreditch for 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 17:30. The ideal candidate is someone with experience in digital marketing and looking for a new challenge driving forward a digital marketing strategy for a fast growing company. What we offer We offer a competitive salary and a great benefits package (including access to exclusive partner deals, pension, cycle-to-work scheme, healthcare plan, flexitime, healthy snacks, free access to our on-site gyms, as well as holiday perks). _________________________________________________________________________________________ Responsibilities · Work with the Head of Marketing to set out the digital marketing strategy in line with company objectives and be responsible for ensuring its implementation with the support of the marketing team · Assist with the management of website and social media activities, ensuring brand integrity with the continuing development of the brand in mind · Drive revenue and help the business to achieve KPIs from data-driven insights, working closely with the sales team to achieve this · Plan, optimise and execute digital campaigns, alongside agencies and partners where appropriate. This includes campaigns across SEO, PPC, paid social and email marketing · Manage the digital marketing budget, overall spend and ROI, ensuring stakeholders maintain full visibility · Continuously analyse the results from activities and campaigns and strive to improve their performance · Report regularly on performance of digital channels and campaigns, making sure results are easily digestible for all stakeholders · Prepare campaign schedules and action plans, identifying specific target markets and accounts · Developing and presenting post-campaign analysis on all key activities · Be the main point of call for digital focussed projects, including website & app development · Carry out competitor analysis to stay on top of any potential threats and opportunities The above list of responsibilities is not exhaustive and you may be required to undertake other responsibilities and training as requested by your line manager Key Attributes: · Results orientated, independent and self-motivating with great communication skills · At least 3 years’ experience in a digital marketing role · Experience of managing digital campaigns across SEO, PPC and paid social either in-house or through managing agency/partner relationships · Experience of working with Zoho, Mailchimp or any other CRM · Adept at understanding market trends and opportunities · Bachelors or associate’s degree in a relevant field is desirable but not essential · A track record of achievement in a fast-paced environment · Experience of supporting a global brand would be useful, however a genuine desire to be part of a super ambitious team that is looking to change the way we think of student living is essential
