Overview
Legal and Business Affairs Manager sought by leading London based music/entertainment company. The purpose of this role is to provide Legal and Business Affairs support to the UK Digital and Commercial Division (comprising the digital and physical business partner account managers, the e-commerce team, the CRM team and strategic planning team). Providing advice and support to the UK labels, central UK Broadcast team, and the UK synch and brand partnerships teams in relation to digital aspects of deals and marketing initiatives. There are three main skill set areas, managerial, operational and administrative. Detailed in a spec that can be provided when requested. To be considered for this position you will have solid post qualified experience gained within intellectual property, technology, commercial and contract law. And also data protection law. You will be a natural negotiator who is personable, enthusiastic and confident with experience or a strong interest in digital music/media consumption For more details please get in touch asap.
