MARKETING TECHNOLOGY PRACTICE LEAD CENTRAL LONDON £80,000 - £100,000 This boutique marketing and analytics agency is looking to bridge the gap and create a best-in-class technology driven marketing team. You will be working directly with senior leadership and business partners to form a technically strong team focused on brining CRM strategy, tech knowledge and marketing best practices into the business. Dedicated client base Major brand projects with global impact Amazing culture with dress down policy THE ROLE Leading this centre of excellence for Marketing Technology and Data Strategy you will be partnering with a variety of clients to transform their customer experience through technology innovation. Through an in-depth understanding of client needs and the ability to navigate issues in tech, strategy and planning you will deliver bespoke solutions that are then supported by internal delivery team. Other elements may include: Leading up front discovery and design for MarTech and CRM solutions for clients across a range of sectors including retail, finance and travel Working with senior leadership to develop business capability and design a best in class technical team Acting as the subject matter expert for CRM solution optimisation across technology, CRM strategy and automation/personalisation Building in house knowledge that can support across global business units Supporting clients to leverage theirMarTech platforms to their fullest potential. This includes but isn't limited to: Architecture redesign Deploying new customer journeys Overhauling approaches to CRM Building new approaches from scratch YOUR SKILLS Experience working with multiple CRM platforms such as Salesforce or Adobe (certifications beneficial) Previously implemented or managed the implementation of a new MarTech solution Proven track record of delivering successful CRM programmes A consultative bespoke approach to problem solving An understanding of CRM Solution Architecture/back end development and how this interface's with effective project delivery Agency side or solution provider experience (preferred) Management experience (preferred) BENEFITS A salary or up to £100,000 Flexible working Private health 25 days holiday buy more Cycle to work Team events HOW TO APPLY If you would like to know more get in touch with or click the apply link on this page.
