The role will be responsible for driving the successful development of new menu products in line with customer demands and industry trends, whilst supporting the operation to deliver first class customer service and maximising income, profit streams and improve ROI. You will also be responsible for the delivery of the company’s annual retail pricing insights programme and pricing strategy. The Role: Use current industry trends and innovative concepts to enhance the overall customer experience on event days within the Retail operation. Work closely with all stakeholders, buyers and brands to ensure the supply chain is robust and competitive. Development of a regular and robust reporting programme ensuring they remain competitive in the market place. Set client pricing expectations by balancing internal requirements with external pricing factors. Whilst developing a brand proposition and pricing strategy to ensure they remain the market leader in the sector. Recommendations to maximise sales opportunities and profitability of the Group businesses e.g. consumer deals and upselling opportunities. Measure performance to objectively assess the impact of all initiatives implemented and setting up a monthly reporting structure to communicate outcomes. Product and menu modelling including reengineering of products to deliver a value to premium range which always deliver the required customer quality and incremental profit margin. Customer satisfaction: establish a monitor mystery shop programme, audit scores, feedback and propose product and concept solutions to meet our changing consumer expectations. Recommend and implement menu specific unique merchandising, display and POS standards.
