You would lead on the communications strategy for culture and diversity within the UK business. Client Details The client is a global Tech company who have produced some of the biggest global technology products for consumers and for businesses. They have an office in the UK that is growing significantly and the European business continues to evolve. The role is based in their London office. Description The role of Head of Employee Communications includes the following responsibilities: Lead the culture and diversity communications team in the UK Create strategies in line with global counterparts that boost the company's employer brand Ensure that all channels of communication are optimised and be creative in your thinking Understand what is important on both a global and regional agenda and build consistency of messaging Utilise social media to ensure employer branding externally is also recognised for it's positive developments, particularly around diversity Profile The successful candidate will have the following: Extensive senior internal communications experience Come from the Technology industry Be able to demonstrate how they have positively impacted the culture of a company through their work Have experience of managing a team Able to navigate a complex global business, with key senior stakeholders being based around the world Can demonstrate knowledge of key diversity topics and how that informs communications strategy Can demonstrate how they have used digital channels in an innovative way to create successful campaigns Be degree educated, with a minimum 2:1 Job Offer The role of Head of Employee Communications offers a competitive package
