Graphic Designer - £20,000 - £25,000 POS, Brand, Adobe, Packaging and Product We are looking for a Graphic Designer who is ready to join a fast growing SME that specialise in product creation and manufacturing of consumer products. The new Graphic Designer will need to have experience in product and packaging design and the ability to create brands from briefing stage to final execution with very short deadlines They must be confident in their ability with a proven track record and to manage their own time effectively to meet deadlines. This is a busy role and the ideal Graphic Designer would be highly flexible with their hours and dedicated to get the job done. This would suit someone who enjoys working at a fast pace and in a supportive team environment. Key areas of responsibility: Conceptual thinking through interpreting briefs and turning requirements into concepts through to delivery Creating brand concepts and all product packaging, POS, social media and marketing campaigns to client and internal specification Creative direction for projects and guiding team members Manage your own workload in line with deadlines and produce the highest quality design concepts Support the Head of Design by taking the lead to ensure the team meet their deadlines Liaise with suppliers to negotiate pricing and visuals for product and packaging requirements What we are looking for: Hugely confident in their design skills Strong and competent designer in all aspects of product and packaging design Must have experience in leading a small team of designers and their output Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) Experience in 4D design is beneficial (not essential) Needs to have the confidence to liaise with suppliers and negotiate pricing for POS and packaging 2 years graphic design experience (essential) Must be flexible, hardworking and efficient
