Junior Creative / Design Assistant Music, Fashion & Entertainment Merchandising £22,000 - 24,000 per annum - South West London A specialist Entertainments Company with a range of merchandising and licensing services within the Music, Fashion and wider Entertainment business. Music artists they work with include the Backstreet Boys, Olly Murs, Niall Horan, Lionel Richie, Ozzy Osbourne, Little Mix as well as wider entertainment groups like the WWE. Due to expansion across the creative team they're now looking for a creative assistant to assist our Group Creative Director, Art Director and Senior Graphic designer in a fast-paced music merchandising company. Skills Required Detail orientated eye for design and style. Good experience in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Illustrator, Photoshop and In-design. Experience in creating digital art and assets. Collaborative skills to work closely with senior account managers and account executives. Some familiarity with the production of physical items would be a bonus. Intermediate experience with Microsoft Office Experience in Media Box would be a benefit but will provide training. The ability to work well under pressure and meeting tight deadlines Key Responsibilities Perform the administrative tasks necessary to execute the design process. Liaising with and delivering to partners / printers, various art files and artwork requirements. Maintaining and delivery of progress reports for each stage of the design and artwork process. Maintaining all approved files and status log. Ensure planning schedules run smoothly both internally and externally, from art delivery, sampling, to full production. Assist with shipping and tracking of artists samples / prints. Help production team with sample schedule and sample distribution. Help to maintain Global's freelance artist database. Maintenance of Media Box software and organisation of internal art server. Assist with other projects as required.
