CAMPAIGN DELIVERY LEAD - RETAIL MILTON KEYNES £40,000 - £45,000 10% BONUS This is an exciting opportunity to lead a high-profile team dedicated to delivering best in class campaigns for one of the UK's biggest retailers. You will have the chance to influence client campaigns, take operational ownership over marketing delivery and manage key stakeholder relationships. Focus on innovation and exploration Open and collaborative culture Champions of personal development THE ROLE As campaign manager you will be owning end-to-end customer contact solutions across the sub-brands, focusing on targeted, personalised and optimised communications. Responsible for the delivery of innovative comms for multiple business stakeholders this role will see you: Working closely with agency contact to implement new approaches and technologies into the marketing strategy Rebuilding customer segmentations to ensure targeted/personalised marketing efforts Drawing on insights within the analytics team to create a data-focused approach to future campaigns Managing a team of 2 executives Innovating new customer contact methods Feeding new insights/understanding into future strategy YOUR SKILLS The successful Campaign Delivery Lead will have: Commercial experience in a CRM or Campaign capacity Experience delivering high volume campaigns across multiple channels Previously used a CRM or ESP platform - ideally Unica/Neolane but other major platforms are considered Management/mentoring experience The desire to creatively engage with new ways of approaching marketing A degree or higher BENEFITS The successful Campaign Manager should expect to earn a salary of up to £50,000 plus Up to 10% bonus 25 days holiday Flexible working Retail discounts HOW TO APPLY To apply please click the link on this page or email for more information
