Overview

The B2B Marketing Campaign Manager will work with the Insurance/Protection Team, the Location Management Team and the Account Management Team to develop compelling go-to-market campaigns to attract and retain clients for our insurance/protection products. The role will predominantly focus on the retention, cross-sell and up-sell proposition to existing end-users (customers) to ensure the ROI across the customer lifecycle. As part of a wider Marketing Team the Campaign Manager(s) will have the support of channel specific colleagues (eg Social) and a Marketing Executive to assist with go-to-market and tactical plans. Responsibilities: A proven track record in B2B marketing acquisition and retention. Extensive experience in customer journey mapping with the ability to develop compelling communications at every stage of the journey. Experience of communicating at every level of an organisation. Excellent written and verbal communication. Responsibilities and accountabilities in the role: To develop, deliver and iterate an exceptional customer experience for our end-users to drive new business and retention levels. To create compelling integrated campaigns in a B2B environment for both acquisition and retention of clients. Manage the process, implementation and tracking and measurement of above campaigns (with support of Marketing Executive(s). Maintain and report ROI on all campaigns. Brief and oversee the work of internal (design) and external (marketing, printers, etc) agencies to deliver elements of campaigns. Write, edit and proofread compelling copy for promotional materials across multiple channels. Collect or brief researcher to collect required data for delivery and measurement of campaigns and market information. Work within budget and track monthly expenditure (with support of Marketing Executive(s). Deliver annual marketing plan for B2B audience with quarterly reviews.
