Digital Service Manager A leading financial service are looking to hire a Digital Service Manager Our digital team plays a crucial role in our business. Our job is to design and deliver digital experiences that our customers will love. As part of the Digital Service Transformation Team you will have a detailed knowledge of customer journeys, understand how they are performing and what customers are telling us in order to continuously optimise and transform the experience. Ideally, you'll currently have these skills and experience: A good understanding of digital overall - customer experience, journey performance, design and market competition. It doesn't need to be in a banking environment. A customer-obsessed and outcome-focused approach, with a creative and problem-solving mindset. An understanding of agile principles and delivery, being able to work with development teams to communicate experience into reality. Hands on person, right from being someone able to run prototypes in front of customers up to articulating the strategic vision to key stakeholders It takes more than just skills and experience. You will: Be accountable for a subset of the Digital Servicing journeys, ensuring we deliver digital experiences that customers will love.? Understand the customer experience and behaviour through data, defining Key Performance Indicators and journey benchmarks and working across teams to review performance against these metrics and what this means for our customers. Translate data and insights into clear actions to improve and transform the customer experience.? Build strong relationships with stakeholders across the organisation.
