MARTECH CONSULTING LEAD LONDON £75,000 - £100,000 On a mission to build a best-in-class marketing tech function, this bespoke marketing agency is looking for a Martech all-rounder to provide cutting edge solutions to its range of clients. If you know your Salesforce Marketing Cloud from your Adobe Campaign and are looking to take that next step in strategy/leadership this is the role for you. Dedicated client base Major brand projects with global impact Amazing culture with dress down policy THE ROLE Supporting the business on their vision for a data-driven marketing specialism this role will see you: Leading upfront discovery and design for MarTech and CRM solutions for clients across a range of sectors including retail, finance and travel Working with senior leadership to develop business capability and design a best in class technical team Acting as the subject matter expert for CRM solution optimisation across technology, CRM strategy and automation/personalisation Building in house knowledge that can support across global business units Supporting clients to leverage theirMarTech platforms to their fullest potential. This includes but isn't limited to: Architecture redesign Deploying new customer journeys Overhauling approaches to CRM Building new approaches from scratch REQUIREMENTS Experience in developing and implementing MarTech solutions or CRM transformation processes Fantastic communication skills with the ability to liaise with board level clients Proven track record of delivering successful CRM programmes A consultative bespoke approach to problem solving An understanding of CRM Solution Architecture/back end development and how this interface's with effective project delivery Agency side or solution provider experience (preferred) BENEFITS A salary of up to £100,000 Flexible working Private health insurance 25 days holiday with options for additional purchase HOW TO APPLY If you would like to know more get in touch with or click the apply link on this page.
