INSIGHT MANAGER - CUSTOMER/RETAIL LONDON £40,000 - £55,000 If you're passionate about putting the customer at the heart of decision making, then this is the role for you This role will see you leading a talented insights team focused on turning customer data into insights that shape marketing, product, and overall customer experience. Open and collaborative culture with clearly defined progression pathways Training and development opportunities Flexible working policies THE ROLE Working directly with the Head of Insight you will lead the team looking to truly understand the customer. Working with data coming in from sales, eCommerce, marketing and web you will be: Telling a story with the data to provide actionable insights for category planning, future campaign activities and tweaking the website Supporting board level stakeholders with making judgments on commercial decisions Uncovering drivers behind customer behaviour - digging into the 'so what' Working across the business to integrate insights into campaign planning, product development and growth strategy Supporting the CRM Manager with decision making around future marketing strategy Evaluating and optimising customer purchase journey data and insights, creating understanding around how customers purchase products YOUR SKILLS The successful candidate will have: Experience in the analysis and presentation of customer data Worked with multiple data sources such as sales, marketing and customer data An analytical mindset with strong use of Excel, Faststats or similar An eye for storytelling and the ability to influence at senior level Managed or mentored in the past Understanding or use of visualisation tools such as Power BI or Tableau A degree or higher in a relevant discipline BENEFITS A salary of up to £55,000 dependant on experience 25 days holiday 50% discount Onsite gym Onsite staff shop Team events Onsite parking HOW TO APPLY To apply please follow the link on this page or email for more details
