Overview
The Company A high-end consultancy based in Battersea/Chelsea that specialises in Residential, Hotel and Commercial projects are looking for a Senior QS to join their team as their immediate pipeline is growing rapidly; they have just won a £28m luxury London penthouse and a £40m Mayfair Hotel fit-out that would be available to get stuck into right away. As a company, they're a head count of around 40 split between QS and PM, they have a great family culture that they would like to try and keep as they grow, they just got back from Iceland on an annual trip, something they do every year always heading to a different location. They originated as a super-prime Residential consultancy but have recently started to branch out into different sectors but always keeping to the high-end standards, this is a really good opportunity to grow with a company that is heading in a the right direction. The person Due to the nature of their work being so different to most, they find it tough to find anyone that has the exact experience that they need although having some of the below would help your application.
