Are you an experienced Contracts recruiter or experienced Contracts account manager looking for a new opportunity in a refreshing IT/Tech agency Location: London Salary: Up to £40,000 plus commission MUST HAVE A MINIMUM OF 18 MONTHS IT RECRUITMENT EXPERIENCE The company I am working along side a refreshing driven agency that has been established for 11 years. they are a consultancy that pride themselves on their specific niches within the IT industry from Infrastructure, Cyber Security, Change and Transformation, Digital and Enterprise Sales. My client are working with companies from small start ups to multinational conglomerates. They offer a great work environment where everyone is mature and act like a family. They truly make you feel like an individual and not a number as they believe in everyone they hire Role Responsibilities Account Management - you will be responsible for the development and delivery of highvalue and high-volume contract hiring assignments within existing clients Reviewing and qualifying hiring needs for your clients and providing individual solutions to best fit their needs. Building and maintaining client relationships Developing a good understanding of the digital transformation / data / devOps market in the UK and mapping the market to develop a specialism Providing regular updates and feedback to the clients Attend client meetings and create recruitment activity reports Create client account growth plans and detailed organograms What we are looking for A minimum of 2 years IT 360 recruitment consultant experience or 18 months IT/Tech account management experience Demonstrated examples of account growth Track record delivering multiple placements into accounts on a monthly basis Experience managing CV delivery functions Strong communicator, confident and personable Self-motivated with ability to think outside the box and create solutions
