Overview

We're looking for a Marketing Executive to come on board and help us support various UKFS Senior Partners and stakeholders with producing and delivering a number of events and marketing initiatives across our FS sectors. The opportunity Based in our Canary Wharf office, your role will be crucial in helping the business respond to industry issues and to deliver against its strategic priorities. You will be working directly with the marketing managers, to plan and deliver a range of events and initiatives which are key to developing and maintaining our client relationships. Your key responsibilities Support the Insurance sector on delivering a variety of events, sponsorships and content production. Coordinate the execution of the Wealth & Asset Management C-suite forum programme, organising private dining forums for key wealth & asset managers in top London locations: Plan and deliver a range of events reporting into various different stakeholders Ensure the delivery of all events are on time and within budget Ensure CRM tools are used consistently and championed Drive internal campaigns to raise awareness of the events Work on all logistical elements of the events Capture ROI on all activity Work as part of the wider marketing team to share knowledge and best practice Work as part of the wider event team to help at other events Skills and attributes for success CIM qualified or a Bachelors degree, preferably in marketing or communications. A minimum of 2-3 years events experience. Prior experience in financial services, a professional services organisation is a plus Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and database management Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills Excellent project management skills and experience of working with CRM systems Energetic, personable, team player with a flexible, "can do" attitude Ability to remain calm under pressure and juggle numerous commitments at any one time whilst ensuring attention to detail Innovative and creative thinker Confidence to network with clients whilst hosting events and to manage/influence senior partners To qualify for the role you must have Experience in organising, managing and running events The ability to juggle various different projects at any one time A passion for running events Ideally, you'll also have The ability to remain calm in a busy environment Excellent organisation skills The ability to manage your time What we look for Work as part of a team to deliver the overall marketing strategy for the financial year ensuring timely events are effectively targeting the wealth and asset management industry. Writing, editing and proofreading event material. Support senior stakeholders with the development and implementation of a series of innovative content focussed events including webinars and webcasts, managing the delivery of those events from planning to execution. This will involve organisation of between 4-6 events at any one time. Working closely with senior stakeholders to ensure the overall maintenance of Interaction target lists (Interaction is the internal databases for recording client relationships and marketing activity).
