Internal Communications & Engagement Executive Overview We’re on the look out for a positive, collaborative, creative and organised person to join our dynamic team. You’ll have some experience of developing and supporting the implementation of internal communications strategies, campaigns and projects for internal audiences. You’ll have been involved with engaging, high quality, on-brand materials that embody your culture and make employees feel good about where they work. You may have also been part of a global team before, and you’ll be driven to make a positive difference in the world. About Babylon The global health delivery system is beyond broken. It’s difficult to access and unaffordable for many, and in developing countries, there’s a shortage of even the most basic services. Despite spending trillions annually, people are being left behind. As the population gets larger and lives longer, the problem is only getting worse. Thankfully, there is a way forward. At Babylon we believe everyone, everywhere, has the right to a long, healthy, happy life. We want to make that possible. We’re here to put an affordable and accessible health service into the hands of every person on Earth . We partner with insurers, governments, and existing providers in the world’s richest countries like the UK, in its poorest ones like Rwanda, and everywhere in between. We’re the largest provider of our kind, and still growing fast. Unlike any other healthcare service of its kind, Babylon meets all needs. If people are sick, we help them understand what’s wrong, manage symptoms and get better fast. If they’re down, we help them find a way through. If they’re well, we help them assess their health and coach them on how to optimise it on an ongoing basis. In a nutshell, Babylon is for health, for all.
