Digital Account Manager - London - £40,000/£45,000 Benefits This is an exciting opportunity for a talented Account Manager to join this leading e-commerce agency based in the City of London; who work alongside some of the globes most ambitious and well respected brands Responsibilities as Account Manager Providing excellent client service and strategic e-commerce advice, with the aim of retaining and developing client accounts. Proactively identifying opportunities to improve clients' e-commerce businesses Carrying out insight analysis on clients' websites, to inform planning and quarterly pitches. Ensuring the client briefs are digested, clear and ready for the production team to action. Communicating project schedules and status updates Working closely with Project Managers to ensure work is delivered to client briefs/expectations. Working closely with Sales team to onboard and integrate new clients. Key skills/experience for Account Manager You will have exceptional interpersonal skills and experience in developing and managing strong stakeholder relationships. 2 years' experience working in a client-facing role at a digital agency or in-house in an e-commerce role. Ability to demonstrate detailed knowledge of e-commerce landscape and trends. Experience delivering successful digital campaigns and/or projects for a variety of clients. A previous track record of building strong, long-lasting client relationships that drive revenue - preferably having done this within an e-commerce agency.
