Tell Me More As Programmatic Manager, you will promote their portfolio of casino and bingo brands in Kentish Town, London. Working with brand managers and creative teams, as Display Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for delivering industry-leading campaigns that marry the requirements of the business with the right communications strategy, channel mix, timing and creative execution. Display Marketing is a focus area for the business and as such we are looking for a person to build the programmatic expertise within the team and contribute towards business targets. What will I have to do? Setting up, managing, optimising and reporting on the performance of Programmatic campaigns for different brands Focus towards set KPIs (New Customers, Revenue, Cost Per Acquisition, Cost Per Repeat Deposit) and optimising towards them Interact daily with internal stakeholders, such as Brand Managers, Digital Channel Managers and other teams within and beyond digital advertising Interact on a regular basis with external partners Post-campaign performance analysis and evaluation, looking for opportunities to improve processes and insights. Regularly report on the performance to the main stakeholders (daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly), including Quarterly Business Reviews Assist the wider Biddable & Media team in meeting and overachieving quarterly and yearly targets Keep abreast of any industry developments in technology Mentor junior team members and encourage knowledge sharing and a culture of continuous education. Work with Digital Performance Director in developing Programmatic strategies for different brands across Experience: Demand Side Platforms (DSP), Programmatic buying, display media, Real Time Bidding (RTB), media trading desks, Doubleclick, Mediamath, Rubicon, Display marketing, IAB standards, Video ads, Banner advertising Ideally have experience in Gaming / iGaming industry Strong creative vision - and the ability to give clear, effectual creative feedback.
