Project Manager - Retail Design

You are a talented, technical yet creative Project Manager with a background in a retail fit out/ shop fit company. You're itching to get involved with high end, luxury projects within a company that pride themselves on delivering the very highest of standards. BASIC SALARY: £35,000 - £45,000 LOCATION: Although our offices are based in Northampton, you will be site based most of the time. COMMUTABLE LOCATIONS: Leicester, Loughborough, Derby, Nottingham, Milton Keynes, Rugby, Leamington Spa, Coventry, Birmingham, JOB DESCRIPTION: Project Manager - Retail Design You will be responsible for the delivery of store investment programme's for one of our many prestigious clients. This will include the project management of the main contractor works along with supply & installation of shop fit components and key brand elements to stores within the UK & internationally. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Project Manager - Retail Design As an experienced project manager in this industry you are well aware that first impressions count, and in an increasingly competitive marketplace its more important than ever before to stand out from the crowd. That is why we ensure we only deliver the best for our clients. You will be: · Attending both client programme and site meetings with appointed architects & contractors to understand actions required and be the on site representative · Visit site to ensure effective and responsible installation of supplied store fixtures whilst identifying areas for improvement · Trouble-shoot site issues and resolve with minimum impact to other live projects · Working closely with brand relation and Project Managers to ensure priority brand partner projects are achieved on time and to minimize any potential delays · Ensuring site sign-off is obtained with the construction team within agreed timescales · Ensuring checklist of brand specific items are delivered and in place for store handover PERSON SPECIFICATION: Project Manager - Retail Design As an experienced Project Manager within this industry you are responsible for supporting clients from the initial brief through to final delivery, the following will be second nature to you: · Being proactive and successfully working through challenging situations · Being highly organised and able to multi task with ease · Strong sense of ownership and professional pride · High level of attention to detail and the tenacity to deliver excellence THE COMPANY: We are a UK based company operating internationally with a large and prestigious portfolio.
