Overview

About the Role We are involved in complex, global and high-profile litigation, arbitration and investigations combining end-to-end risk advisory, investigative and disputes expertise to deliver holistic solutions for our clients. The Marketing Assistant will provide essential marketing support to the Global Cybersecurity Marketing Team. This position is a diverse and hands-on-role which will include a variety of marketing activities including event management, social media, internal and external communications, CRM management, collateral development, pitch materials, as well as general administrative duties. This role will be a hard-lined report to the EMEA Senior Marketing Manager, Cybersecurity with dotted lines to the Global Head of Cybersecurity Marketing and Head of Cybersecurity, EMEA. What You Will Do Marketing support - Facilitating marketing support requests around templates, design, email support and guidance on best-practice implementation. Events support - Assisting the Senior Marketing Manager and Business Team with researching and assessing event opportunities, delivering events programme, and also taking ownership smaller events such as seminars, roundtable dinners and corporate hospitality events. This will include venue sourcing, event planning, pre, post and on-site logistics, liaising with suppliers and event communications. Sponsorship support - logistical preparation, including organisation of exhibition stands, collateral and branded merchandise. Collateral development - including liaising with the Senior Marketing Manager, business stakeholders, design and Risk functions to produce and publish thought leadership and brochureware. Communications support - preparing communication mailings via our Eloqua mailing system, including design, preparing audience segments and reporting on engagement. Digital support - providing support around web updates and social media plans / posts. CRM support - helping maintain accuracy of data (including data entry), promoting user engagement, creation of marketing campaign segments and regular GDPR reporting. Key Account support - admin support around updating key account trackers and target lists. Presentation and credentials support - helping to manage the team's repository of tombstones and case studies, and ensuring presentations are regularly updated. Admin support - Assisting with day-to-day admin including processing invoices, fielding email enquiries, research and proof-reading. Qualifications and Experience 2:1 degree (or equivalent), ideally in a business, marketing or communications discipline 1-2 years Marketing Team support experience within a corporate environment, ideally professional services or B2B Demonstrable experience in events management Experience in assisting with the creation and co-ordination of collateral both digital and paper based Experience with using Eloqua (Oracle email marketing) or similar packages Experience with using Salesforce (CRM Sales Cloud) or similar packages Key Skills and Competencies Possess excellent marketing planning and delivery capabilities. Strong communication skills verbal and written Excellent working knowledge of Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and Excel Team player who is proactive and self-motivated with a strong work ethic and a 'can do' attitude, willing to go the extra mile when required. Strong communication skills (both verbal and written); ability to maintain utmost respectful professional internal and external relationships, even under pressure. Be able to work independently and to develop ideas and projects without supervision, as well as being effective as part of a team. Good organisational and planning skills; able to coordinate multiple projects and competing demands. Very high attention to detail and high standard of accuracy. Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills with the ability to develop strong working relationships and liaise effectively with all levels of management. A desire to develop a career within B2B marketing in the future. There may be potential to obtain sponsorship for a commercial marketing qualification in future.
