Overview
Our Client, a global healthcare advertising agency based in central London is looking for two Project Managers to join their expanding team. You’ll be working alongside and reporting into their Head of Project Management and with huge potential to learn on the job. You'll be responsible for overseeing and managing the efficient flow of work from its inception with the account management team through the creative process and into production, both online and offline ensuring that departmental sign-offs are obtained and deadlines are met. Experience: Proven agency experience in a Project Manager role, ideally 2 years minimum. Skills Required: Strong interpersonal communication skills to effectively interact and negotiate with members of all departments, at all levels, with tact and diplomacy. Ability to manage both online and offline projects through the agency. Flexible organisation skills in order to constantly juggle priorities and adapt quickly to frequent changes. Excellent time management skills and the ability to multi-task to meet deadlines in a pressured environment. Strive for innovation and excellence in all creative materials, processes through continuous learning and knowledge sharing. Grow into an advisor able to support on creative commissioning, critiquing, production techniques, processes and costs across the business.
