We are looking for a Digital Analyst to join our friendly and ambitious Digital Engagement team. Title:Digital Analyst Salary:£32,000 – 35,000 per annum Contract:Permanent Hours:35 hours per week Location:Hampstead, North London This is a new role. As Anthony Nolan’s first Digital Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in making digital engagement personal and purposeful, by putting data-driven audience insight at the heart of everything we do for our supporters online. Reporting to our Digital Acquisition Manager and working closely with our Supporter Experience team and the wider data community, you will lead on digital insights across key channels – such as search, advertising, social, website and email – using platforms such as Google Analytics, Hotjar, Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console, Google Ad Manager, Data Studio and more. You will share learnings and knowledge across the organisation to grow digital confidence and to support continuous improvement of our digital products and services. You will be a key player in the development of our Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO) programme and support the growth of user-centred thinking, synthesising insights from our user research and turning them into actionable recommendations for developing website functionality.
