Overview
Marketing and Communications Executive - Finchley Road £27,000. Our Client based in Finchley Road is looking for a creative Marketing and Communications Executive to join a friendly in-house marketing team at one of London's oldest independent estate agents, situated in Finchley Road. The main duties will be as follows but not limited to this if they show willing and able, lots of opportunity to get into other parts of the marketing mix and develop: The position is a varied post. Reporting to the Head of Marketing you will be responsible for but not limited to: Daily checks of website listings, editing any errors and chasing us missing videos/floorplans with branches/photographers Selecting properties for magazine advert & editorial write-ups, preparing info and submitting to magazines Assisting with co-ordination of content and assets needed for e-newsletters, website, PR & social media liaising with web team, designers, PR agency, social consultants Managing image libraries; liaising with photographers, third-parties, branch staff and web team. Purchasing and record keeping of new imagery Organising various content updates on website - some use of CMS and liaising with web team for new staff updates, press/news and blog pages. Knowledge of Wordpress and Basecamp helpful but training given. Co-ordinating requests for branch visual media (signage, window & screen graphics) and liaising with suppliers/web team Help with proof reading of web pages, all marketing collateral, newsletters etc Management & fulfilment of marketing collateral to the branches and international offices for events Misc administration for the department including recording invoices, following up suppliers/web team/admin teams and branch staff, filing, setting up meetings, answering phone for the department, post office duties Key skills: Educated to degree level (marketing) A minimum one year experience either working in content writing/editing (preferably in a property setting Good grammar and writing skills, with the ability to write quickly and clearly Proactive, organised and able to prioritise workload Excellent attention to detail and able to spot errors quickly Be able to write well-structured content with SEO in mind Able to communicate simply and cross-culturally, both written and oral If you are interested in this Marketing and Communications Executive position and would like to know more please email your CV or telephone us on a strictly private and confidential basis.
