Partnership Account Manager Manchester £ 20,000 -£26,500 Depending on experience Partnership Account Manager - Overview Reporting directly to the Marketing Director, the account manager will be the first point of contact for existing clients, answering queries and increasing client satisfaction. The role will involve running all partner campaigns including scheduling campaigns. Hosting on boarding calls and presenting campaign reviews. Ultimately you will contribute to building profitable, long term relationships with our clients to reach our business objectives. Partnership Account Manager - The Role Manage all existing client relationships and running successful campaigns Creating Implementation plans Liaising with marketing throughout the campaign to approve and schedule all copy Hosting on-boarding calls to take new clients through our ways of working Attending most onboarding presentations alongside the Partnerships Manager Weekly contact with each account Creating monthly reviews for all accounts Assist in the research of new potential clients, creating a brief sheet for the Partnerships Manager Organise and plan co hosted partner events (travel required) Assist the Partnerships Manager in creating sales presentations Raising PO’s in pursuit of exceptional board-level talent. Partnership Account Manager - The Person Excellent grasp of the English language - written and verbal. Diligent work ethic and sense of urgency. Able to prioritise and work to tight deadlines. A passion for learning and development and willing to continuously build upon knowledge. Proven excellent administration and organisation skills.
