If these resonate with you then you're half way there Role & Responsibilities Devising and creating exciting content ideas, whilst maintaining our client's brand requirements, goals, objectives and associated briefs Devising and ideating creative strategy, providing creative thinking and leadership across all of our content executions Provide meticulous attention to detail and provide confident, collaborative and constructive feedback to your colleagues Run brainstorms, generating ideas and driving the pitch process for client briefs Supporting studio work across clients as and when required, particularly focused on social creative and motion AV Manage allocated staff, ensuring their welfare, growth and quality of their work is on top Must have's: Social Media experience Managed a team but you're still very much hands on After Effects experience Worked in an Agency environment
