Overview
Role Type - Permanent, full-time £40,000 (negotiable for the right candidate) Location - Home-based covering the Bristol area The role: This person will be the face of our clients Apprenticeships in the Bristol area. They will be responsible for managing, coaching & mentoring a mixed group of apprentices, whilst owning & managing relationships with new and existing employers in the area. Your caseload will be mixed & could contain learners on any of the BCS digital pathways, so you don't need to be an expert in all. They have Subject Matter Experts (SME) who will train you up in all areas of the Digital apprenticeships that you're not familiar with (Data, Business Analysis, Software, IT, Networking, Security) Key Responsibilites: Managing a caseload of 40 - 45 apprentices (all Bristol based) See each learner face tot face once 1/12 weeks - can do the rest online, from home. The SME for each sector will provide you with training around all of the BCS digital standards, so you will be trained up to be able to coach on as many apprenticeships as possible. Managing relationships with employers in the area, dealing and supporting on any issues. What they need: Good personality, with industry experience within IT IT apprenticeship experience - preferably assessing/coaching The ideal candidate will also have BCS apprenticeship experience but it's not essential Training or assessing qualifications are preferable but again not essential For more information or to apply please contact Leah Sheppard on or Please note that all candidate MUST be eligible to work in the UK.
