With an innovative team made up of web developers, designers and affiliate marketing executives, they create and market various affiliate web, mobile portals and email databases. delivering creative marketing campaigns that actively monitise online brands. The Job You will join the company as a Web Designer and Developer to be both visually creative but also have a logical mind for development. You will work as part of a small self-organising team primarily in a support capacity to create and maintain bespoke tools, programs, platforms and services. You will take responsibility of determining the technical viability of ideas and proposals to improve existing systems. The visual side of the role will include creating visually stimulating creative and on occasion interactive media. Often the role will require bringing creative ideas to life using you technical skills. Job Breakdown: • Designing and planning technical solutions to meet business requirements. • Designing and coding a range of creative assets e.g. mailers, banners, website landing pages. • Coding and developing features for new and existing products. • Upkeep and maintenance of existing products. • Taking part in team activities such as collaborative-development and collaborative-design and code-reviews. • Taking part in cross-team activities such as knowledge sharing and documentation. Who Fits the Bill? • Excellent understanding of HTML and CSS • Good understanding of JavaScript and jQuery • Good understanding of basic programming practices • Fluency in Adobe, Creative Cloud (cc) Photoshop and Dreamweaver Illustrator • Ability to collaborate with others and work well within a team • Ability to work in a growing, fast-paced environment • Experience with Visual Studio and/ or VS TFS Bonus Points For: • Experience with C#.NET • Experience with E-mailing, emails, and Email Service Providers • Basic experience with server administration • Basic experience with IIS administration • Basic experience with SEO • Familiarity with Wordpress CMS e.g. themes, plugins, and maintenance • Educated to degree level or equivalent • Experience with HTML5 animation
