As they continue to scale in 2020, they’re looking to hire a highly organised Junior Marketing Manager with killer copy and design skills, and a burning ambition to progress in their career. You’ll be someone who loves creating things, be they ?brochures?, ?bottles? or ?cardboard boats?. As well as creating content, you’ll also be performing crucial work keeping the company's marketing machine running smoothly - from keeping the website up to date, to running their Investor Communications, to researching the market in new launch cities, you’ll be working across multiple channels. Most importantly, they’re looking for someone who loves the fact that they're working for a results driven company that empowers its team to be entrepreneurial. You’ll have a budget to spend on freelancers (set at your manager’s discretion), and a supportive and experienced Digital Marketing Manager to help you hit your company and career goals. Job description: Copywriting - from the website to nurturing emails, you’ll be writing compelling and persuasive copy that brings the company's brand to life Design - you’ll be designing all sorts, from website pages to newsletters to posters Site launches - you’ll help run a marketing campaign to accompany each new site launch Digital experimentation - you may not necessarily be an analytical whizz (yet) but you’ll be keen to learn, and under the guidance of the Senior Digital Marketing Manager (who has complementary skills to yours), you’ll develop your understanding of how to systematically measure & tune marketing performance SEO - you’ll be writing or managing freelancers who write blog posts that generate organic traffic Brand asset management - you’ll ensure all proof points, photos, testimonials and more are up to date on the website, as well as ensuring that all of their physical assets (brochures, leaflets) are up to date and available in all sites Perks: Working with a dedicated and passionate team that share your values and love what they do 20 days' annual leave (plus 3 extra days over the Christmas break and your birthday off), plus all bank holidays Earn extra days' annual leave with length of service, up to 5 extra days Work from home twice a month Private health insurance and half price gym membership A vast range of rewards and retail discounts Regular socials and team retreats (Rhodes, Vilnius, Barcelona and Alicante so far)
