Location: Grays Inn Road Salary: Competitive Type: Full-time, Permanent JOB PURPOSE Kantar's Media division deliver best in class data and services to help our clients drive communications strategies efficiently and effectively. We have a variety of products that we offer including Reputation Intelligence and TGI data. We are now bringing all of our Media services together for an integrated client-facing organisation structured by client-type rather than product. This new structure will better enable us to meet the changing needs of our clients, bringing the best of Kantar to them in a more holistic, joined-up way. We are looking for a Client Executive to support our Account Directors in the Business Development Team who are responsible for maintaining and growing revenue from existing clients. Each Account Director manages a portfolio of advertising and media agency clients and this role will be to support the Business Development Director (BDD) and Account Directors (AD’s) and is a great opportunity for anyone wanting to develop a career in potential career in managing clients such as Disney, Sky etc. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Use TGI data to help put together accurate and engaging deep dive presentations on, that the BDD and AD’s will present to client. Being creative with the data in order to dazzle clients. I.e. use TGI data to tell a story and bring the data to life Training clients on the use of our data (via regular training sessions held at our offices as well as onsite at a client, where needed) Keep the team abreast of key dates e.g. Wimbledon, Royal Weddings etc. and create stories around those key events using TGI and Forward Planning data Assist with media monitoring and analysis (Reputation Intelligence) queries that are directed to the BD team Potential to go to client meetings and participate with preparation, and follow up arising from those meetings Part of the ‘tender support’ team to assist with pulling together information required for client tenders Support the team with adhoc requests (from clients and internal colleagues) Ensure correct usage of Salesforce, and other key tools used by the BD team WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR… Excellent communication skills – both internally and externally Effective time management and organisational skills Confidence in using data, with particular focus on accuracy and detail Able to analyse & interpret data with an ability to “tell a story” to clients Able to prioritise and manage multiple tasks Experience of social media research relevant techniques and tools Experience of presenting and/or training externally Knowledge of or experience using TGI data an advantage Advanced knowledge of PowerPoint. Knowledge of Excel and be able to organise info effectively i.e. renewals, dates of review meetings Knowledge of Salesforce or a similar CRM would be useful WHAT YOU WILL GAIN Great opportunity to develop a broad range of commercial and research skills A broad knowledge of the media and advertising industry and the wider Kantar offering Liaise with a wide range of major clients at a senior level Opportunity to fast track within the Business Development team (i.e. having your own client base overtime)
