Our Client Directors immerse themselves in their client’s worlds to really understand their brands, communications and business strategy, building relationships with Insights & marketing teams, delivering world class domain-based expertise to address specific marketing/business challenges. We are lucky enough to work with the majority of the world’s biggest advertisers, covering categories such as personal care, household goods, food and drink, alcoholic drinks, finance, retail, technology, travel and many more. Key responsibilities: Ownership of ongoing brand equity programmes, communications development, strategic consultancy and, increasingly, cutting edge research techniques, such as neuroscience, media & digital, social media and brand analytics Own senior client relationships on assigned accounts Owns synthesis and delivers blended domain-based advice, enabling clients to make business decisions, Takes the lead on the final business related story Expert practitioner in application of the Goldstar principles and too Adopts the GreenWorks model focusing on strong Discovery and Impact, reflected in improving the quality of our Impact Reviews Develops personal domain expertise, beyond the Kantar offer, to enable the provision of 1st class advice to our clients. Uses knowledge of philosophies and POV to land advice given to the client, putting the advice in context and providing clear recommendations with ROI . Expert practitioner in application of the Goldstar principles and tools Acts as Business Partner ensuring overall client satisfaction and revenue growth: Provides inspiring leadership and direction to their account teams: Actively participates in the resourcing & management of the team Timely completion of P&D Cycle and timesheets Delivers against the annual Unit sales plan. Delivers the financial plan through leadership and effective management on assigned accounts Builds and manages revenue pipeline against financial plan and new business targets Provides accurate forecasts against financial plan Ensures penetration across product/service portfolio with cross/up-sell including innovations Activates Marketing campaigns within assigned accounts aligned to strategy Lead the client relationship on pitches/proposals for new clients, leveraging sector expertise and insight and owning the client value proposition key requirements: You will be an excellent communicator with strong experience in Quantitative Research and must have proven client management experience You will demonstrate a passion for brands, a willingness to learn and a desire and hunger to improve your skills. You will land actionable insights which will directly impact your clients’ success. You must be passionate about growing and developing your team, by being an inspiring leader and managing junior members Experience of working in the market research industry Experience of managing research projects
