They are ideally looking for someone who is a recent graduate or equivalent, within a marketing, business or related topic. You will ideally have 12 to 24 months experience of working within a business environment, but not necessarily within the marketing sector. This is a support opportunity for someone who wants to learn, grow and develop within the marketing world, who has yet to find that ideal job. On a day to day basis, you will be working on site at the client's premises, supporting the account managers in the delivery of their clients marketing strategies. Your key responsibilities are; Ensuring the email activity is fully documented in line with the client agreement Managing email campaigns end to end (Briefing to deployment) Assisting in the planning of marketing and project work Analysing and reporting on marketing campaigns using data and statistics Support the account manager with cover in their role Attend meetings with the client when required Keep note of any issues faced by the client and ensure these are escalated to the account manager Provide quotes to the client for any changes to the email campaign Participate in the client service reviews, giving input where required This really is not a marketing opportunity that will suit someone looking to use their creative and design background, as all the design work is managed by the client directly. This would however absolutely suit someone with an interest in digital marketing, who understands the mechanics of how campaigns work and what needs to drive them to ensure success. In this job, you will have the perfect opportunity to shadow the experts, continuously learning from them whilst developing your own career. You will be able to take full advantage of their knowledge and skill, ever enhancing your own skills and experiences, whilst receiving feedback and mentoring from your line manager. Skills, experience and personal attributes required to be successful in this role; 12 to 24 months of related work experience, with a desire to learn and develop into a marketing career Recent degree or equivalent within marketing, business or related topic Outstanding written and verbal communication skills Ability to plan and organise Excellent IT skills Some knowledge of digital marketing or at least the passion to learn Strong at building relationships with the ability to liaise with clients High degree of accuracy and attention to detail Strives for delivering a quality service This is an immediate permanent opportunity paying a salary range of £22,000 to £25,000 per annum for the right person.
