They have a lot of games to publish this year. Essentially, the Video Exec role joins one other person in creating video ads for all their mobile games. The role includes coming up with ideas for new videos which the Social Media Marketing team show on Facebook/Instagram/Snapchat etc. You’ll also capture some brilliant gameplay and then create simple videos using Final Cut/Adobe Premier. Working with the analytics department you’ll also look at the results of these ads and see what works and what doesn't, so you learn and improve and make the best ads that people love to click on. You’ll create and test loads of different variations of the video, and find you hit on one that takes off globally. You won't necessarily have done this before, but they would to love see examples of how you've been creative in coming up with ideas in the past. Some basic video editing experience would be a bonus.
