Overview

A Swindon based Digital Marketing Agency is looking for a Marketing Assistant / Digital Marketing Executive to provide administrative support to the Directors and to the wider team of an established and growing Digital Marketing Agency. The Marketing Assistant / Digital Marketing Executive would be based at the Swindon office but will require flexibility to provide support in both Swindon and Bristol offices with time being split between them as required. The Marketing Assistant / Digital Marketing Executive will have experience in an administrative / support role ideally within a marketing or training environment. The Marketing Assistant / Digital Marketing Executive will have a good understanding of Microsoft Office Suite, Photoshop (or similar package) and experience of updating content on WordPress CRM. The Marketing Administrator will have the ability to demonstrate results from creating and managing content across all major social media platforms. The Marketing Assistant / Digital Marketing Executive will have experience of lead generation preferably within a training environment. The Marketing Assistant / Digital Marketing Executive will have experience of producing client reports pulling data from multiple sources. The Marketing Administrator will have strong attention to detail, good written and verbal communications skills. The Marketing Assistant / Digital Marketing Executive will have an understanding of Google Analytics which would be beneficial but not essential. The Marketing Assistant / Digital Marketing Executive will need a clean UK driving licence and own vehicle. The Marketing Assistant / Digital Marketing Executive will have excellent organisational skills and the ability to work under own initiative - a self-starter looking to build on own experience and develop the role further.
