Overview
Marketing and Events Coordinator job in Southend, very competitive salary. Your new company Is a highly reputable and established manufacturing company, leading their product industry. Your new role Will be to provide support to the sales and management teams in the organisation and set up of marketing communication courses, workshops and exhibitions, liaising with external customers and suppliers of all levels. You will be coordinating all marketing communications associated with the events to drive attendance. This will include supporting EMEA-driven integrated marketing campaigns delivering key messages, unique value propositions (UVPs) and brand collateral to the target channels and industry sectors, measuring the effectiveness of all campaign against ROI and KPIs. You will support the maintenance of marketing-relevant customer data in CRM and online marketing databases, ensuring that all information is accurate, up to date and targeted. You will work with the EMEA Marketing Communications team to prepare the overall annual events and marketing activity plan, collating pre/post event information for management review and identifying and analysing potential new marketing opportunities. What you'll need to succeed You will need experience in Marketing and end to end Event Management. You will possess excellent communication skills, able to liaise confidently with external suppliers and customers on services, logistics and pricing. You will have experience producing multi channel marketing campaigns to promote and drive attendance at all events and exhibitions, with the ability to analyse and report on ROI and KPIs. You will have experience securing all services related to the events and delivering results to defined budgets.
