Overview
Job Title: Consumer Insight Director Department: Europanel Nomad Team Location: London - Hanger Lane and on site at Bedfont Lakes (1 day per week) We are looking for a Consumer Insight Director for Nomad. Nomad have gone through a period of significant change and have recently acquired a number of companies (which they are looking to continue) and are looking to drive growth sustainably over the coming months. Key Deliverables To be able to deliver key insights to enable Nomad to take strategic decisions To work with different data sources to provide insights to senior management To work across other strategic clients within the team to provide insight where time affords Experience, Skills and Behaviours Strong panel experience Strong presenter who can build a story and land to a high level audience Ability to take cross country data and data from multiple sources to create a cohesive story Strong commercial ability with a history of hitting targets. 4 years’ experience in analysing data. Previously demonstrated client focus with enthusiasm to exceed client/team expectations Understand client needs and maximises opportunities for change/improvements Confidence and ability to think outside of the box and challenge the norm A self-starter with energy, enthusiasm and the ability to work on own initiative Collaborative approach with clients and colleagues of various personalities and cultures
