About the role This is an exciting opportunity to join a new team at the heart of UK Research and Innovation (UKRI). We are now recruiting the role of Planning and Performance Support Officer within the Planning and Performance team. The Planning and Performance Support Officer covers a diverse range of activities to support the breath of planning and performance activities carried out by the team. You will enable the smooth running of the team by coordinating team actions and activities and provide project management and administrative support. The Planning and Performance Support Officer will be an ambassador for the Planning and Performance team, ensuring that all work is carried out with professionalism, quality and timeliness. You will ensure complete discretion at all times with the ability to handle delicate situations with tact and sensitivity. About you You will have excellent organisational skills including the ability to plan and schedule complex activities and events, as well as excellent time management skills with the ability to identify, prioritise and plan preparation and follow up work. It is desirable that you have experience in a similar Project Support or administrative role. If you have experience of taking and producing notes, minutes, decisions and actions, with the ability to accurately capture and distil key points this is beneficial.
