Overview

Our Client are a well established and expanding financial organisation based in the City who are searching for a highly qualified marketing coordinator to support their campaigns and product team. From day one, the successful individual will contribute to existing marketing activity and events, while assisting with the development of new initiatives aligned with company and client goals. The ideal candidate will have prior experience with a wide range of marketing functions, including communications, event organisation, branding, digital marketing, and social media. They must also be an organised multitasker able to handle many diverse projects at once and meet tight deadlines. Responsibilities Assist with the launch of new products, services and campaigns for business lines (producing launch plans, executing all elements including social media, dotdigital, events, advertising, communications externally and internally) Organise and manage service line events and sponsorships - working together with the business to produce collateral (pitch cards), adverts, bespoke banners, liaising with the event courier provider, ordering all merchandise, mailings prior to the event and follow up after the event, social media, website publishing. Attending the conferences for set up and break down on the day. Assisting with the PR, content, thought leadership and social media programmes for the service lines including proactively contributing to the social media calendar and posting on social channels, working closely with the PR agency on new joiner and promotion press releases and liaising with the design agency for creating adverts/collateral Being a super user on Dotdigital, the mailing system, for assisting the business with client communications, event invites (monitoring RSVPs), landing pages Responsibility for pulling together quarterly external client newsletters in Dotdigital Support with the maintenance and production of service line marketing material Website maintenance and updates - becoming a user of the CMS system for updating adding new joiners on the website, updates to experts, adding events, adding news and insights items, content edits etc. Assisting the business with client/business partner presentations by formatting and ensuring brand consistency and professionalism in our external presentations Producing ROI and metrics reports on a monthly basis for all marketing activity Update and track the service line marketing budgets - processing invoices and updating the budget spreadsheets on a regular basis Maintaining service line pages on the internal Intranet - posting updates and making content edits Assist on other adhoc global projects within the marketing team Skills and Qualifications At least 3 years’ experience in a marketing role (financial services industry experience is preferred) Relevant degree or professional qualification (e.g. CIM) Excellent writing, communication and presentation skills Knowledge of traditional and digital marketing, content marketing, and social media marketing Strong attention to detail Proficiency in full Microsoft Office suite, especially with Excel and PowerPoint
