EAC are currently representing a great opportunity within a Market Leader for an experienced Bid Writer / Bad Manager. If you have the desire to lead day-to-day activities such as tenders and proposals whilst providing Commercial Support to Operational goals, then this could be the ideal role for you The position will reside within the existing Bid team and is vital in supporting the Organisations aspirations throughout 2020 and beyond As a Market Leading Organisation the Business have a highly experienced Management team that you will work alongside to maximise conversions on proposals. Role: Bid Writer / Bid Manager On Offer for Bid Writer / Bid Manager: Salary - £35,000 - £50,000 Opportunity to join a Market Leading Business Career and development support Duties of a Bid Writer / Bid Manager: Writing of Bids and Tenders Utilising the existing Bid Library, whilst creating new content Full support to the Bid Manager and Management team Preparing and supporting proposals and tenders Supporting administration functions such as bid trackers Reviewing and risk assessing contracts Obtaining in-put from key stakeholders and functions Attend meetings and training as required Ensure adherence to policies, procedures and reporting systems Communicate effectively with all key stakeholders Ideal Candidate for Bid Writer / Bid Manager: 3 Years' experience minimum as a Bid Writer or in a similar Bid role Excellent attention to detail and organisation Experience within healthcare or public sector Bids is preferable but not necessary APMP foundation level certificate or above ideally Ability to use Microsoft Access and Visio Proposal automation software (or similar) experience Excellent Communication skills Self-motivation with the ability to motivate others
