About The Luxury Property Company My client has an excellent opportunity for a successful Marketing Manager to join their team. Based in modern, open-plan offices in Central London, you will have the chance to work on the marketing of some of the capital's most impressive developments for a range of clients. The role has transpired as a result of recent growth and the Marketing Manager will have autonomy and responsibility of devising marketing strategy and implementation. About The Marketing Manager Role As a Marketing Manager, you will have an exciting opportunity to excel in a supportive and successful environment whilst leading the strategic vision for the marketing department. You will have the chance to work with some of the country's most influential people and expand your own personal network. Key Responsibilities for the Marketing Manager : Creating marketing strategy for the business and responsibility for the implementation of it. Social media management on various channels including content creation and updates. Newsletter creation and distribution to key stakeholders. Relationship management with various industry professionals including being the main point of contact between senior managers. Organising monthly and annual events such as large conferences and major meetings. You will also be responsible for producing relevant collateral. About The Successful Marketing Manager If you are currently a Marketing Manager or have relevant experience then this could be an ideal step in your career within the marketing industry. Desired Skills and Competencies of the Marketing Manager: Ideally 4 years of experience in marketing related positions. Excellent communication skills and good phone manner.
