Following year on year healthy organic growth, that is not showing any sign of slowing down, our client is looking for someone who will be able to create a whole new candidate experience. They are looking for someone who can come into the business and remodel not only the way they hire and the journey the candidate takes, but also come up with a new marketing campaign to attract the best in the business. Key responsibilities for the Talent Acquisition Manager: Create a fresh and radical new candidate journey that will become market-leading Use an experienced agency to assist along with a unique employee value proposition to represent the great people and culture of the business Create a talent attraction campaign that will stand out in the market that will have a high impact on the business Launch Greenhouse within the company whilst keeping the company brand and image standard high Desirable skills, knowledge and experience for the Talent Acquisition Manager: Proven quality work in candidate experience and employment brand Creative thinker, bringing innovative and market-leading ideas Marketing, HR or similar degree or qualification Project management and very good organisational past experiences Communication skills between candidates, clients, colleagues and other business’ Greenhouse software experience is beneficial If you think you have what it takes to have a major impact in a global company with new and compelling ideas then click apply below
