We work data to create insight that optimises strategy and return on investment for our retail and B2B marketing channels. What will I be doing? To provide a reporting and data analysis service to Axis clients. Provide insight and clear recommendations for next steps. To understand the clients' products and markets and take a leading role in defining how our data service solution adds maximum value to our Sales Teams activity and supports our clients' business objectives. To use various data analysis tools and techniques as required to support the requirements of the business in delivering insight and added value to clients. To work on projects and initiatives to develop Axis' Insight Led Sales proposition. This would be a great role for you if: You are comfortable working on multiple data sources / systems Have the communication skills and personal presence to work closely alongside our commercial and client's groups You are able to interpret the data and present it to suit your audience, influencing key internal and external decision makers. Key skills: Experience of being able to manipulate large volumes of data using complex formulae in MS Excel Extensive previous experience in performing statistical analysis using Excel A sound understanding of how data can be structured and applied commercially. Ability to interpret and summarise data and to create compelling data insights presented clearly and powerfully using MS PowerPoint and Word. Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex data in a clear manner at all levels in an organisation using on-line systems, Microsoft reporting tools, Word or PowerPoint. Have the personal confidence to challenge ways of working to drive the Business Insight function forward. It would be an advantage if you have already worked in a marketing/ sales environment team and of using salesforce CRM system as an admin user.
