LEAD PRODUCT ANALYST LONDON £60,000-£70,000 THE COMPANY: This online marketplace has been changing the online retail landscape over the last 15 years. They are seeking a lead product analyst to join their team to help support a data-driven approach to decision making in product and UX THE ROLE: As the successful Lead Product Analyst, you will be: Prioritising which customer needs we focus on should be a data-driven process. To support this, you'll analyse customer behaviour on our app and digital platforms to generate insights and testable hypotheses To ensure the features we're building are fit for purpose, we take a rigorous approach to evaluating performance. By analysing and interpreting the results of testing and optimisation experiments in a statistically and scientifically sound manner you'll aid in this process Staying organised and providing transparency to the rest of the business on our work is critical to the team's success. You'll manage and mentor mid-level and junior analysts for generating insights, reporting, and completing team objectives The product analyst team has several streams of work, and we need to ensure that new work is identified early and managed efficiently. You'll collaborate with product, UX and your team to identify, design, and iteratively improve workflows and processes YOU DON'T HAVE TO TICK EVERY BOX BUT EXPERIENCE IN THE FOLLOWING WOULD BE BENEFICIAL: Educated to degree level in a STEM subject or similar Experience using SQL in a commercial environment Experience using Tableau in a commercial environment Experience managing/mentoring junior analysts Experience working on statistical analysis including a/b testing THE BENEFITS: Earning potential up to £70,000 plus benefits HOW TO APPLY: Please register your interest by sending your CV to Rachel O' Keeffe via the Apply link on this page
